Guides for trust users

• Create an account and wait for approval

  Register for the NEYPPC Member Portal and understand what you can and cannot see until an administrator approves your account.

• Find and print help

  Find the guide you need, search the guides, get help with the page you are on, and print a guide.

• Sign in, use two-factor and stay signed in

  Sign in to the portal, enter a two-factor code if your account needs one, and understand when you are signed out.

• Reset or change your password

  Get a new password by email when you have forgotten it or it has expired, or change it yourself while signed in.

• Find your way round the portal

  Use the home page, main navigation, news, events, team and information pages.

• Use the document library

  Browse folders, download documents and check earlier versions in the consortium's document library.

• Contact the consortium

  Send a message to the consortium team from the portal.
